I think everyone wants to lose weight and live more healthily. Drink more water. Exercise. In the past few years, I've gained a bunch of weight. I can blame my PCOS and endometriosis but in reality, I need to tame my sugar and potato chip/french fries cravings for more than a couple of days. I also need to make it a routine to walk at my lunch break at work. The "it's too hot" excuse if falling (pun intended) by the wayside.
So that's where I'm at- working on improving my health- lose some weight (40ish pounds is my goal), exercise/walk every day, and eat less crap.
